This project will add the dynamism to what has already started to occur along Washington Blvd in Culver City. Located on an awkwardly shaped corner Lot, the building is maximizing the square footage allowed to provide an attractive tenant to possibly occupy the whole building. Parking is challenging due to the size and shape of the Lot, as well as the fact that the property straddles both Culver City and the City of Los Angeles. A lot of punch is designed into this small building with a brick exterior, large windows, an internal courtyard carved from the side of the building and an expansive roof deck with views to the North Santa Monica Mountain range.
