Brentwood Residence

Up in the neighborhood hills of Brentwood, this house has treetop views down the canyon to the ocean. With its mid-century bones, we were respectful of the warm and volumetric spaces inherent in the architecture. Several small but strategic additions and shifts in the layout were made to modernize and improve the spatial flow and connection to the outdoors.
