The Braddock
Culver City, CA
Located in Culver City, this cultural landmark is known to many as the Allied Model Train building, was built as a smaller replica of Los Angeles Union Station building downtown. It is distinct for its arched window line and deepened entryways along the highly traveled Sepulveda Blvd. The building was newly conceived as a creative office space unique to its tenants with high and exposed ceilings and arched window lines that let beautiful light in throughout the day. A new, second floor patio was designed to extend the upper floor office space to the outdoors as a way to enjoy the Southern California climate.
