This house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac across from Penmar Park in Venice.  A Master Plan was developed in order to achieve a comprehensive redesign strategy for the entire property in multiple Phases.  Phase 1 focused on a redesign of the 2-storey private Bedroom wing of the house.  Converting the Second Floor into a spacious Master Suite with 2 kids rooms and Bathroom on the first floor.  Phase 2, focused on the public areas of the house bringing open California inspired indoor & outdoor spaces.  The kitchen is the center point of the comfortable and fluid spaces opening to the backyard.  A library storage wall for a private book and vinyl record collection is on display when you enter.
