Located in the growing Arts of District of North Hollywood, the project is for the establishment of a new corporate headquarters for an international production company within 2 adjacent buildings and 7 floors. Creating a new hub of activity to consolidate all aspects of the company, the campus combines both administrative personnel and production teams that were previously spread across the city. The idea is to capitalize on the existing rawness of the space and give uniqueness to the space through more residential character of materials and finishes. The environment is less about an office and more about an attitude that expresses the vitality of the company.
