As E-Sports teams are exploding onto the gaming scene, this Team is racing to establish itself as a leader in this industry. They are one of the first to establish a physical gaming facility and office workspace to house their whole operation in one space. The challenge here was to incorporate the very different requirements of the gamers and their practice facilities vs. the business side of the operation that requires more work and meeting areas. This facility is located in a free-standing building in Culver City which allows it to create street-facing branding and identity.
