Project in collaboration with                                      Pacific Building Workshop

The new buildings are located along the Goleta coast as part of an active campground resort nestled within the El Capitan Creek valley. Immediately across the Pacific Coast Highway and adjacent to agricultural fields, the three new structures are both support buildings for resort operations and new accessory buildings for bicycle campers. The structures are to be rustic in character and clad in western red cedar with corrugated metal roofing.
