The preferred boutique hotel sitting high atop the cliffs of Big Sur, 1200 feet above the Pacific Ocean, required a solution for accommodating upper management onsite.  A series of 2-story prefabricated housing units are proposed in order to maintain an open plan and flexible living condition to accommodate a diverse population. The units work within the constraints of transportation to the remote location while maintaining a palette similar to other structures on the property. The units will be stacked and then linked with new field constructed stairs and decks.
